ok, last submission for this year!
And I think it's a good one!
I am really happy with it, learned a lot in the past few months.
My painting approach has changed and I feel more experienced nowadays.
Done for EOW, 4 hours in Photoshop, no reference.
Off to new goals in 2008!

Whoa! I am sorry to have missed the release of this wonderful work of art (It's been far too long since I've perused DevArt...with the lack of a solid internet connection and all.)

This is a wonderful piece of work here, and I can see this hanging above my desk looking pretty darn sweet. The perspective is wonderful, the subject is sweet, and overall, I love it. Good job!

I don't believe the monolith is that good. I liked it when I created it but there's no way it's better than most of my recent works including the Abyss. Well, I guess it also comes down to taste. Technically, I am better than that now..

That's an awesome piece. Great use of perspective; it adds a lot of depth to the image (is that a tunnel/tube for some sort of Public Transportation?) Also, I like how the simplicity of your strokes can create such a realistic image. Lastly, I love your use of soft gray colours. This is just amazing!
