What a week.

I had a lot of emotional and mental ups and downs this year, but last week I had a deep scare from my Mom being admitted to the hospital. After a long 5 days she was finally able to go home and rest in a proper bed without the IV machine beeping constantly (it was so loud when she moved her arm the wrong way or when the fluid was complete).

And of course to end all the emotional stress as a cherry on top it was my birthday yesterday. I genuinely wanted to postpone it for next week. The only celebration that should've been had was the fact my mom is recovering okay but she just wouldn't have it. If it's your birthday, YOU'LL BE CELEBRATING IT ON THAT DAY as she says, she got that from her own mother.

That woman somehow made the day special even though she got out the hospital the day before. I had a small get together, a few drinks, ice cream cake (THE GOAT OF CAKES BTW) and a dumbest family "guess the song im singing" game. It was everything I could've wanted.

Hopefully with everything passing I can get back to a normal schedule without the extra fear and anxiety eating my brain cells away. I have one more hurdle to get through tomorrow with an appointment and after that, I should be able to focus on Christmas and finishing owed work. I was a role before everything had happen.

Enough current day Higgly lore. Work wise, I still got a few things to be completed and I'll be working on a YCH to get set up hopefully by next week.
