IT HAS BEEN SO LONG! I FINALLY GOT AROUND TO FINISHING THIS PIECE XDThis is my rendition of the 18th volume cover of the Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler manga ---> kuroshitsuji.wikia.com/wiki/Fi…
I'm really happy about the way it turned out. For the coloring, I used prisma colored pencils. The colors blended more smoothly on Bristol smooth surface paper, rather than on sketch book paper (which I'm having more of a preference towards Bristol. Bristol is hands down my favorite paper. Hands down. I wish I have more of it ;A; ) For the time it took me to color this drawing, I estimate it to around listening to 2 full sound tracks of the kuroshitusji anime (book of murder and book of circus) and 1 mammia mia movie. (I watched it on Netflix while coloring it, it was good lol ) On another note, I'm changing my signature from 'Highway3' to 'Mars.'

ANYWAY! CAN WE TALK ABOUT CHAPTER 140 OF THE MANGA!?!?!?!?! JKSGHLJGLJFGFJG Can you believe what just happened!?!?! AAAHHHHH!!! I'm still disappointed that we didn't get a name reveal yet, but OMG do you guys think that that Ciel is really Ciel? I guess the undertaker could retrieve Ciel's soul because he's a grim reaper, or is that Ciel really a bizarre doll? Who else thinks Claudia Phantomhive is involved in this mystery XD What do you guys think :3

And ooooh, I see what you mean. I did know about the theory of twins and believed it, but MAN! I did NOT expect to be revealed like THAT! I can't even wait to see what will happen now, have you read the last chapter??? My heart cannot take it. I also wonder what "our" Ciel name is... But I think maybe it will never be revealed =/
I don't think Ciel is Ciel. Sebastian said his soul couldn't be back due to the contract...

IKR I feel like at this rate our!ciel's name will never be revealed hahaha that said WE ALL WANT TO KNOW his real name XD there were some theories floating around tumblr that his real name is 'Rosier' but nothing has been revealed yet. I have read the latest chapter and the one released this month as well! ch 144 was very Elizabeth-centric and went in depth with her inner turmoil, it was so emotionally heartbreaking ;A;
SAME! I don't think ciel is ciel either. He is most likely a successful bizarre doll that only holds the real!ciel's memories, but this also makes me really sad b/c a sentimental and loving reunion between the twins would be so beautiful, (but the one that happened in the last chapter was definitely not XDDD ) and makes me wonder about ciel's fate whether he will take our!ciel's place as earl? or maybe he will have a different fate? Either way, I'm very hyped for this story, more than ever XD

Hmm, Ciel's soul was used as a payment for Sebastian to cross over, there's no way Undertaker could have gotten his hands on it. All he could do was rescue Ciel's body from the fire. So yes, I think Ciel is a perfected bizarre doll. Undertaker did all these trials and sacrificed all those people with one goal - to revive Ciel, soul or not. Awesome picture btw.
