As Evelyn was frantically trying to come up with at the very least a decent explanation for her sudden exclamation, she was then thrown aside and frowned upon by her peers. But all Evelyn could think of is “why?”Why was she thrown aside for such a simple question?
Was she not supposed to question anything?
Or maybe, it was just something that she wasn’t supposed to know yet.
