More Kantai Collection fanart, this time of one of the cuter ship girls in the game, Makigumo. Took me almost three months of grinding World 1-4 before she finally appearedLazy sparkly background is lazy... but super sparkly!
Her name's written in hiragana because, well, it just looks cuter than kanji
