Description
A vice purveyor most useful to player characters, the scoundrels that they are. Harvale Brogan runs the Centraulia Club, although the owner himself is a much more gloomy and observant type than one would imagine.
Part of a challenge where I don't dwell on single portraits too much, taking about 10-20 minutes per piece to flesh out the world of Duskwall!
