Description
Working a bit on this lately...not sure if I like the way it turned out.
Constructive criticism VERY welcome...this may not be the final version. Just not sure what else to do with it off the top of my head.

I made the color slightly lighter...still dark enough to be depressed, yet light enough to see the face better...what do you think?

Say, how does an Emoticon get on the list? Does a random Mod see it and put it on the list, does an Emote deviation need to get a certain number of favs, does the creator need to submit it to a Mod, how does it work?

either the person in charge of the emote legend sees it and puts it up, or someone suggests it...but ever since °dygel stepped down and stopped doing the emote legend, I don't know who is doing it.

Its good, the best "sigh" emoticon i've seen, but i think it would be cooler if it heaved a bit more you know, like its whole lil body changing.

The blue head is a too dark. The face is difficult to see. Other than that, it's perfect.

got the animation down pat pete, only thing is i think it needs to be a tad lighter...makes it a tad hard to see the facial expression

I really like the animation, I think it's great. My only criticism, more of a nitpick really, is the color. It's kind of dark making the expression slightly hard to see. I know he's supposed to be down, but I'd lighten it just a bit.
