I'm sure we agreed to meet up at the fountain...Long time no see! I finally have a finished piece for you all.
This is 's kiriban prize art - Cass and Rhi from Star-Piece, with some extra characters thrown in as cameos for good measure (:

I think you did a nice job with this! The perspective is a bit off and the girl sitting on the fountain seems to be more floating on it, but it's obvious that the background was quite a challenge to put together and I think you handled it pretty well. The layering of the one girl behind the fountain looks very nice, for one. It's also neat how much stuff you put in here, to help it have more of a real feeling of being a crowded area. It's still a little sparse for a crowd scene, but it's easy to believe that it's simply the amount of people that were passing through at the moment.
Also I just noticed the mama-rat and her babies. AWWW. UNSANITARY BUT ADORABLE.

Oh man, the perspective, I didn't realise how bad it is xD I have a lot of bad habits when it comes to perspective, and in fact I think I completely forgot to think about it when I put all the extra people into the background. Excellent artistic habits \o/ Hmm, I'll have to try my hand at drawing a crowd again sometime to see if I can pull it off better.

Still, I always like the detail in your pictures. Mostly I look at the pictures here and then click x, but I always search yours for the little secrets that you hide Cx it makes them interesting and intricate, without being OTT.

The details are amazing, so much to look at everywhere! The composition impresses me the most. I noticed the diagonal line between the boy and girl looking for each other, it makes this piece really strong and you can easily figure out whats going on. You've kept all the characters so consistent, It's very difficult to draw scenes with a lot of characters but you've pulled it off wonderfully.
Lastly, I digg the pallete you used and the skin tones of the guy xD Awesome! *favs~*

Ahh, thank you so much Bonnie! You're too kind, detail is about the only thing this picture has going for it. I'm surprised the composition is any good, I forgot about trying to guide the eyes around. I'm glad you like it, in any case!
