This is 's new pachirisu, Pachira. She's shiny!Told ya I'd draw her!
The words at the top are swedish lyrics from the song Caramelldansen, and I think if I remember, it means "Dance with us, Clap your hands".
I also picked the pose from Pokemon D/P ep. 19 when pachirisu was dancing around.

I love jirachi too! He was so cute in that one movie but I saw the japanese version of the movie once and his voice was kinda bad compared to the english voice. I say Jirachi is and sounds cuter in english.
