This is a face view of the blonde MTF transformation I made a while back. This view let me add a few more details, and I really love how it turned out. So yeah, this is Alex, who can change into Alexa & back virtually at will thanks to some imported alien phlebotinum. Initially Alex started changing into Alexa to further explore his/her gender identity, but one day while out and about as Alexa, she met a handsome guy named Michael who it turned out she had a lot in common with, and they quickly became good friends, and later started dating. This resulted in Alex spending more and more time as Alexa, because she was worried about how her boyfriend would take learning about her Alex side. Fortunately, when she finally worked up enough courage to reveal the truth about being a guy named Alex originally, Michael was fully supportive & told her that he found him/her attractive as both Alex and Alexa. They eventually get married, although Alex still tends to spend more time as Alexa in his/her relationship with Michael.
