Actually, they're the mascots of Mechacon. I don't remember their names offhand, but they're not mecha. I believe the outfits are supposed to be pilot suits.

id have to disagree with you, there. some of the best cosplay i have seen has been done in germany. I will agree, though, that the actual costumes are so-so. the girlies are cute tho haha
