I have no explanation for her power lmao i just like it
Her power depends strongly on her emotion

The more moody she is, the more powerful she gets
She can harvest the electricity from that black cloud and use it. The more depressed she is, the bigger the cloud => more electricity

As for rank, maybe C or B bc she cant really control her power

For background: shes always had that cloud since she was little. She didnt use her power for anything serious, just sometimes provide electricity for her house when theres a black out

Shes always moody and stuff, so her family thought it might be a good idea for her to become a hero, you know, make some new friends, boost her self esteem
When i think about it, maybe strong emotions in general just fuels her power, not just depression, but shes depressed most of the time so she thought that was the source of her power

For example extreme joy or embarassment can cause her to overload and shoots electricity all willy nilly

The black cloud is like, always there 24/7.
Her "hero costume" covers most of her body and face, bc shes kinda shy and doesnt want her identity to be revealed, but to be honest who wouldnt recognize you when you have a black cloud over your head, so its just like a self-reassurance thing

thats all i got for now... i dont think shes a serious oc, its just my bad habit of making random ocs acting up again
i might or might not color this, who knows, but her colors consist of black and, other dark colors
