Oh u dont have to put Heliotrope in your story. But i dont mind if u want to. Heliotrope was Howlite's team mate back in Asia. Idk how to make this logical. She was one of the survivors along with Howl. Maybe...she told Howl to go travel the world, to go make new friends and she will handle things in asia...

It's easy i can teach you
You have to go into admin area on the top with the minus red sign
Then near the top left you see a button that says manage members click that
Itll take you to a list of members on the left and privileges on the right. Go to the privileges and scroll down to gallery and click show all folders and itll give you a list of the folder options if you want to open them and its that easy. Do you think your up to it?
