My own depiction of an adult Kenji.I am writing a fanfiction about him and yes he has a scar which he got when he accidently kills Chizuru well in my fanfiction he does.This is done in blue ball point pen ink.

In my honest opinion, this is better than the actual anime.

why not? the manga is the original storyline and the anime is based off of it.. hence the similarities with the art. Thank you though

I ended up having to hunt down another blue ink pen because I prefer drawing in blue ink if I was to draw with a pen that is.

By the way, I took a look at that link you gave me. Oh, wow. Crazy. That must take forever to make all those!!! I like how that artist colors... everything, but especially the color in the eyes. I didn't even realize how far fan art could really go! Thanx for showing me that. ^_^

There are other fan manga artists out there who does have the closeness of RK art I mean really close.It looks just like the manga.lol

That's my motto, not just in deviantart, but in life. You're already quite good, so it's only a matter of having the supplies and maybe a little more practice and you'll be able to do just as good... but in your own style. ^_^

yeah true but recently I've been struck with drawing block lol.Though I know I should draw but when I have this everything turns out bad.For soem reaosnSo I have to wait it out and try again after it goes away.It just takes too long to go away.>.>x
Then I have to practice some and try to get out of rustyness mode.hopefully I'll get out of this soon.
Actually I've been feeling down about my coloring skills.But I keep telling myself that digital coloring isn't like the old traditional ways of coloring.Oh well atleast I found out how to blend colors lol.
I'm thinking that this is my style since well I did just conjure it up from my mind.Which is weird cause everything that comes from my mind is weird of um kinda freaky lol.
True though I do need to practice more.alot more lol.The supplies part.I have noticed I do need to get new ones.I have all of these pencils and alot of paper but um I'm running out of colored pencils and prisma colors.*will get them the next time she sees them*
I'm thinking I color my Kenshin pictures way too much.*ish running out of magenta color and reds*

I like the blue one more than the magenta. Maybe you should go to an art store and just load up on the reds and magentas so you have lots of extra. You know, buy them seperately.

yeah.Actually it didn't take more than one to use surprisingly lol.Though I did do another picture and it's up to in ink.recently I went to use the same pen.Well I tried it but all I got was one eye then it ran out of ink.I was like what the?>.
