*she has black hair, because in the manga she is playing a character for a soap called mio*

i remember now!! it was when she was ren's temp manager and she was helping him with the lines thing and he walked down to see her. This pose is close to it.

I was looking for Kyoko pictures, and I noticed there were no Mio versions anywhere. Then I saw this and mentally danced and screamed across the room (I'm too tired to do it in real life).
I'm not sure the expression really fits the Mio-personality though. You gave her a determined face while she usually has a noble, super-evil, or smirking expression. That face looks more like normal-Kyoto or Kuon-Kyoto
