Finished!Ugh, this doll was pain in the... ekhem, yes. Firstly I saw the base and I thought: woah, I'll make an epic doll on it! After few hours I was really unhappy with the results, but my friends said that I should finish it. So I finished. And don't like the effect. Gimme some CC, please!

I don't know, I really like her; and, I love her boots! The intricate skirt overlay would have driven me crazy trying to pixel it (I have no patience) but the effect is cool. Maybe if you increased the range of values? Areas of deeper shadow might help the doll stand out more.

I do really like the idea behind the outfit, but it does look a bit like the skirt was an afterthought just tacked on.
I am bad a cc,its a little abstract, but it seems to me the problem with the skirt is it has no volume and ignores gravity.
I love the use of the lace like pattern, and the over all colors are cool!

I love the colours, how you shaded the dress folds, the pants and her puffy top! overall, i love how you pixelled and shaded everything!

The best CC I can give, is to fix your light source.
Right now, you have your highlights all over, in many different places - and it just confuses the eye.
The overall design is very nice, however your details could use more detail in themselves. Like the feathers, for example, could use some more texture.
I'm not sure as to where the skirt, lace, and feathers connects to the doll. You might want to clarify that a little more.
One last thing I would do, is soften the blue palette you used on her shirt. The shades seem to harsh on one another.
But yes, the overall design is quite creative, and I wouldn't change it. I also love how you put the shadow from the lace onto the skirt part. It helps to add dimension very nicely.
