Yeah I tend to use the black one quite a lot too. And the black one forms better overlays than the other shades.
I'm sure you can buy spare shades at many art stores.

Yes, prismacolors are awesome!!!! As is the picture XD good job! (I do ALL of my pokemon drawings with the prismacolor pencils or markers.)
