Description
This was done for a speech in one of my classes. It was rushed and the crown is kind of flimsy because I ran out of my still felt and had to use a softer type. All in all, I think it came out well for only have one and half hours put into it. My class seemed to enjoy it. My next project will be for a friend, I'm making her a lolita style tophat in powder blue. I'm going to go all out on it, I will accept nothing less than perfection for this next hat. I plan to start on it Monday, hopefully I can get to the craft store.
