Well marketing is a big part of what makes an artist successful, Raw talent alone only goes so far. If you're having a difficult time finding a job, and you have the skills, why not try and be a professional artist? Even if its shit, if people pay you for it, who cares? Make good art for yourself, make their art for money.

That's really cool! Its good to be multifaceted. My ex girlfriend was like that to. And like you, she wouldn't turn it into a viable business. You could open an Etsy store and make and sell things. People love hand crafted stuff. That's why that website is so successful.

Etsy? Hmm, I'll have a look at this... because I do have the shirt store on Cupsell, and peopel ask "woah I would love to buy a shirt with your graphic!" but when I send them the link to my store... they never buy it. Like, rly?

Yeah try Etsy. They take a cut obviously, but some people run very successful shops there. And again Marketing is important, but that's the nice thing about Social media, it makes marketing yourself so easy.
