Description
A witch that yearned for immortality.

Using the last of her life and power, she carved everything about herself on stone; her personality, her appearance from her youth, and her dying will. These stones were her [heart] and [brain]. She had sealed her power within those stones so she could live longer, spending the remaining of her mortal life writing and rewriting diaries until she had an entire archive.

She lived and died within that room, deep in the dense wood she had hid in for most her life, hiding from the humans that were out for her head. The humans that killed her dear husband, a human who once lived among them.

The child they had, she raised with knowledge, love and care until he had been old enough to travel on his own. As he did not possess her ability, he was able to live normally among humans. He soon became successful, buying himself a great mansion where he took it upon himself to transfer his mother's diaries into his basement.

The many duplicates of her diaries filled the shelves and the stones of Kamiko had used their pages to make herself the same body every time she was harmed and the pages tore. The pages were her memories, and every Kamiko was always the same, or completely different.

Generations pass, and Kamiko had been forgotten by her descendants, locked away in the basement, of which its entrance had been obscured by the shelves of the mansion's study.
