where did u get that bling jacket AND stuff to paint on the symbol cus i'm making one this year

jacket was a VERY lucky find at a thrift store. the original purpose of it was a grell cosplay i wanted to do years ago, but failed to afford. the paint is literally acrylic paint. just used a steady hand. The bling is made mostly of sculpy and has broken by now
