Wow.. this is so beautiful and serene. I can't believe you did this with paintshop. I use paintshop sometimes, but nothing I do with it comes even close to this.
This looks like something you'd see in a vacation catalogue.

its actually quite easy to get that effect, its two layers of the same photo...the top layer i used a blend effect
