It is not latin but french. It says :
The dragon, name used in the classical language to symbolized the sorrow, the concern and the chimera.
The stangre writting after that is my signature.

Words like amazing and perfect don't begin to discribe this. I can't imagine the amount of time and effort that it took to accomplish this. The hours of study of reptile anatomy, the coloring...I'm so awestruck! You need to sell your art here at DA because I'd certainly buy this and many more of your pieces.

The colour and attention to detail here is amazing! Looking at the head, the highlights and vividness makes your dragon appear to be almost lifelike, as if it was carven from reflective stone. The shiny scales are lively and bring attitude to a dragon already full of character and personality. He is very cute and appears almost cocky
