Why is Tamahome just there at the background? Shouldn't he be part of the band?
He is part of the band...only that he's the band's agent/manager and he gets to collect lots of money

What about bass?
Oh yeah, sorry, I'm not a musician
During this time, I did not know that a bass guitar only had 4 string. Realized it a lot later 
In this drawing, it's supposed to be Hotohori. 
And what are the Seiryu twins doing there?
Amiboshi is really nice and would be perfect to be in the band because he can play a flute. Also, we see Amiboshi very at home with the Suzaku group in OVA 2's Hot Spring shorts. When asked by the Seiryuu group what's he doing on the Suzaku bus, he said he likes it there better.
Suboshi: What? Brother, come back here!

You know what I can imagine Nuriko singing? "CrushCrushCrush" by Paramore (that's what I get for playing Guitar Hero on my DS...)
Tasuki might sing "This Ain't A Scene" by Fallout Boy or "Still Waiting" by Sum 41. and Hotohori? He might sing "Call To Arms" by Angels and Airwaves.
