Yes, he's very reassuring.
He's strong, a tree is not a problem for him.
The Lady is happy to see him and knows she's in safe now. But the small dog does not agree with her...

I think I had to work better on shadows, though. ^_^

I don't make any lines, I just draw and adjust lines under my eyes. When I make a colored drawing like this, it's easier to correct because I use, first of all, pencil and rubber; when I draw some black and white scenes or characters, however, I have to arrange it, working at the same time on dialogues, characters, frames etc.

When I pass them on the computer, I always add some tiny corrections, but the 90% of the whole work is by hand.

I know some theory about perspective, but I think they're boring, so I prefer to correct while I am already on work. I feel beetter using more instinct then theories. Of course, I need to know them to tell if they're good or not for me

Ah, I love it too, but maybe I have to study the shadow better.
I was thinking about the terrible floods there are here. We'd really appreciated the help of a smart and strong robot.
And, obviously, in this case, the efficient and powerful machine can give you a beaming smile that can make your soul warm.
The old lady is very happy that now she's free; the dog does not seem to be happy, though. See the dog's ears: that is pure fear! ^_^

In the background, the silhouettes show more destruction scenes, but we don't see them clearly. There are wrecked bridges and houses, and other robot that can help humans.
The sky is grey, and this means that humans and robots have to be quick and find a shelter very soon: heavy rain will start again from a moment to another.

Shadows are SO tricky. The few times I've tried them they rarely come out well

LOL I hadn't noticed how scared the dog was. I suppose from the dog's point of view he's looking at something walking and talking like a human but doesn't smell like one. For a dog, that's weird XD

If pets are used with moving and talking machines, Atom would not be a problem. But it's not easy to foresee. In 1980s series Jump did not become confident with Atom very easy: it took a while to make the dog reckognize that new kid as his new master. That was not Tobio, not at all. Not for a dog's nose, no matter if he had got the same face and the same voice.
Maybe a robot would not make any difference, for a dog, if that robot would bring food and play with him

Atom, in the old series, was not very lucky with animals. It seemed very easy to open his control-panel and hit him making him go totally TILT. (Well, I found an odd translation for it: "to send him into a tailspin"; I'll look for the exact meaning of "tailspin"!).

I remember that. Jump struggled to get along with him at first. It must've been strange for Jump. Thinking; "This does not smell like my master. This doesn't even smell like a human. But it's talking to me. What is this?" Good he managed to warm up to him though. Atom's just that likeable XD
