Description I guess I should upload this here also.

There is a [Pokemon] Battle Subway meme here on dA. One of the questions asks you to draw Emmet and Ingo as their pokemon counterparts. I haven’t seen very many fills of the meme, but I thought about the question and Sableye just seemed like the best match.

The gems on their chest probably would look like ▽ and ▲ heh

I love Sableye! And I'm starting to like these two Subway Masters even though I haven't fought them yet! >u< You've captured their expressions perfectly and I'm really liking the colors you've added here too! If you don't mind me asking, I would like to know what did you use to color this?

Thank you! Yeah, I got into the subway masters before I even knew where they were in the game, lol. I used Painter for this, with a little tweaking with a texture layer. Usually I am bad at textures but this one came out okay heh.

You're very welcome!

Ohh so that's how you found out about these two. I also found out about them without any knowledge that they were featured in the game. I believe I found them through one of those vocaloids videos in pokemon version. I never heard of the program, Painter but it's something I should definitely look into. I really enjoyed the colors and I was hoping I can atleast make an attempt to add them onto my drawings instead of using MS paint...

it's definitely possible in MS Paint (although a bit of a pain). Getting a copy of Painter might be a little more difficult than getting a copy of PaintSAI or Photoshop though or even openCanvas, which I guess no one uses anymore. The 1.1 version is free and is kinda like a simple painting program. There's also GIMP, which I've never used, but is also free.

I can imagine the kind of obstacles to go through when using MS paint and I would rather do it on programs like photoshop. I've never worked very well with photoshop when I had graphic design last year but I'll see if I can check up on the tutorial. Speaking of Sai, a friend of mines has told me about it and gave me the link to it. I still feel like a noob but I'm sure in time I'll get used to it OpenCanvas? I'm afraid I have never heard of it. I should definitely check GIMP as well whenever I'm not too busy heh heh ^w^;; Thanks a lot for answering my question and the big help! I really appreciate it and keep up the good work!

thanks also Yeah openCanvas was basically the SAI of yesterday.. [link] here's a link to the free version. Last I looked there was an openCanvas 3 but of course that was a paid version

You're very welcome

Thanks so much for the link! I would definitely make good use of the program! Too bad the recent version is costly but at least we have access to the original! ^w^
