I know you were expecting Zinda Blake, but I opted to delve into "Comicus Libri Obscura" once again. This is the second Lady Blackhawk, in real time chronology, and now considered the first Lady Blackhawk, post Crisis on Infinite Earths continuity.

Natalie Gurdin aka Natalie Reed, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York by her Communist parents. In 1940 she moved to the USSR to study and by 1943 was made a member of the Blackhaws at the behest of the USSR.

Note: The uniform is the first "hand-drawn" I have ever done. There is no "Frankensteining" on it or overlays. Its pure color and dodge and burn. I think it turned out pretty good. The rest of the pic is a mish mash of Blackhawk models, old airfield photos and assorted sundries.
