Description State flag of Yugoslavia for an alternate history. The civil flag would be a plain Yugoslav tricolour.

It emphasizes the unity of the six republics of Yugoslavia. This of course is focused on an alternate history depiction of a Yugoslavia within its borders as known in real history for being unable to incorporate Bulgaria into the country as Yugoslavists in real life both outside and inside Bulgaria wanted to achieve but were unable to.

I designed the original version in the past on Wikimedia Commons as a user there. I have changed the design layout a bit to be the most familiar.

It is a bit complicated: I used two png files, one of the rippled background and the other of the flag, layered them on the Inkscape svg editor including stretching the background to fit the flag, then I changed the opacity of the flag to 70 percent so that some of the background could be seen, then I saved the image as a png.
