She's been stealing the work of others as well and either renaming it, recoloring it, or both. A bit of Google searching informed me of who the original artist was and I felt the need and desire to inform the original artist of the stolen piece.
How you handle the situation is up to you. She's already been reported for theft of another work, "Sweet Darkness" by *MayJasmine , which was submitted nearly 3 years ago and was stolen 3 weeks ago.

Personally, I would have switched some components as a sort of Yin-Yang. Put the white wing on the blck side or something, because nothing's pure.

There is a very deep message here about the duality of human nature and the decision everyone has to make in their life about which path to take, the path of light or the path of darkness. Excellent use of the archetype angel and a manipulation of yin and yang, as well as snow to represent both purity and inner tormoil. I doubt you conciously thought of all that when you drew it, but your subconcious did and it worked. It's well drawn, the shading is good. The only criticism I would provide is about the cute manga style of the girl. I understand it's your style, but it detracts from the serious, deeper message and I think you're good enough to draw this in a much more expressive style. Otherwise, it's excellent and you'll get a
