This is dedicated to the wonderful who makes my every day bright and happy. She is an amazing friend and I'm sorry I haven't been online for like a month but I posted this as soon as I could
haha so hopefully this makes up for that 
Inspired in parts by ~Lady-Dementia who isn't
but I made this quite a while ago in preparation for the digital artisan's weather/elements competition but I obviously missed that deadline This wasn't the final piece but I really liked it and thought it was a more natural attempt at photomanips...I'm not really good with the whole painting and making it look amazing thing that lots of artists do hehe XD Download for a much bigger view. I really like this one and hope to do more like it, I think it's more my style...simple and sweet hehe but just trying to find the time now...ugh. I'm so busy now as I'm sure most people are but I'll start trying to catch up with the mountain of mail I have now hehe but thanks to all my watchers and friends for their continous support and kindness
It makes me smile All comments, criticism and favourites and greatly appreciated, especially the constructives ones because I would like to learn from my mistakes and get better.

You know, most of the time I am very critical of overly blurry photo manipulations, but I feel that the blurriness goes wonderfully with this piece. Well done!
I love the umbrellas in the sky, they are a great touch.
One thing I would have done to blend the grasses and body a bit better would have been to add some blades of grass that are a bit taller in front of her body.

awww thanks so much, and yeah I tried to make it blurred to look like it was actually raining and going with the message of the pictures...things aren't always clear etc etc...but I don't think I got it quite right
