The day after the show we stopped at the mall and when I saw this, I gasped with glee.

Anyone that follows me knows by now knows that I refuse any labels of gender, age, geography, political, religious, or societal structure, etc. etc. Hopefully, someday I'll identify as a Cyborg or an AI (Actual Intelligence), but I am what I am. I'm Me.

SO, at MarsCon I said, "I'm Transgenerational. I don't know which bathroom to go in." -- Well, I found it! Phew. I was holding that in for a long time.

"I hate these filthy neutrals, Kif! With enemies, you know where they stand but with neutrals? Who knows! It sickens me."

Well, I did catch it on an episode of the Daily Show and one social experiment on YouTube.
I say if you're doing life right, you've got no time for TV, so yeah. I'm generally oblvious to media (which sucks during the golden age of TV, right? ).

I know there's a bathroom panic, so I like to poke at it because it's silly. It's been around as long as time, but wasn't a "thing" until election season - FUNNY how that worked. (Issues? Uh... LOOK HERE! -- Oooooh, shiny! O.o ) -- I also know age isn't what it used to be.

Eh. I avoid media. I looked on YouTube because I was curious and found that people are panicky and ignorant. But, what's new?

I've been studying genetics, so I have a clue about how gender actually works. If everyone had a clue then they'd
all know we're all a mix of both (as it's always been), and the fuss would be over.

And, yes, this is a legit Family bathroom. It's used to take your children in so you don't disturb the other bathrooms.

Cheers!

It's always an absolute delight to hear what you have to say about yourself, it's inspiring to say the least. Transgenerational? a new word to my vocabulary, I should thank you very much for that as it is a term that I certainly see myself identifying with.Β

Thanks!

Yeah, I always say "Age isn't a choice, but growing old is."

I know my chronological age, but I know I don't look it. People don't treat me like it and I sure don't feel it so I don't act it. I stay current as much as things aren't stupid anyway (could never get into "Reality TV", for example). -- I relate to the Millennials (I guess, having been online over 20 years), so I naturally hang with them. I lived through the 80s, partied in the 80s, and STUDIED all through my life so I surprise them after a bit.

I've hung with the boomers and older since I collect old time radio, was raised on the media of the 20s-60s, and have studied the generations before me. There were also a lot of parallels between the late 60s and the late 80s if you think about it.

I just don't seem to know an age. /shrug

Go for it. Steal away.
