This was a gift for a friend of mine who is a Saint Seiya fanatic (I'm not aaall that, but...)You may wonder "Why the hell does he look like a powerpuff girl" and I've got an answer. It's an internal joke (though I don't remember right now)
Anyway, done it in about 2 hours work. I don't think it needs so much detail, since the powerpuff girls cartoon also put up more effort on animation (which is good for the sake of the cartoon)
Used Photoshop CS 2 and Mouse
