What caught my eye with this capture was the composition, it is slight off centre to the flower and it works really well in my opinion. The detail is pretty immense xxx

nice choice of subject.. there is much beautiful detail to be found in flowers... not to mention the stunning array of colors.

personally, i would liked to have seen all of the petals in focus, with the odd drop of moisture here and there perhaps. just my statement of ignorance.

i wish i knew more about photography so i could offer you something more worthwhile.

Yes flowers are so many colours that sometimes only a close up shot can see
