So while I was photographing birds last weekend, all of a sudden out of the corner of my eye I see a Robin I like to think he was saying hello! He flew in skimming my arm, and hopped around for a moment. Then as I look down it was sitting only inches away from my feet. I managed to get this shot as it perched before it went on with its feeding of seeds. I have never been so close to a Robin before today, they really are so lovely. This particular Robin bird has a black mark under its right eye (as you can see in my photograph) and I will look out for this bird next time I visit.
