I think it is an excellent representation of the corrosive and destructive nature of the golden calf. It states what the idols in our life really are: things that will cause our downfall in the end if we do not turn to God.

Very nice, I like all the details and the faces that one can make out of the different shapes.
I also like how its dramatic, although in my opinion it could use a more defined background.. Even a blurry or abstract environment, if only to suggest where or what this thing is doing at the moment.

Oooh , It reminds the golden calf's head

With really big eyes
and a strange shaped nose.

Lovely work again, it really looks as if it's golden, and I love how the bottom disapears in the shadows...
