Hey there! I found your art through ProjectComment !   
I was attracted to this drawing by your choice of colours! The special effects complemented the colours and gave it a really vibrant look! I really like the way you drew the splashes of water, the glowing look really makes it look magical!   However, I do think that your methods of colouring could be improved. You could try to make the folds on the clothes more obvious, and in better placement. I recommend looking at tutorials on Youtube that help you understand the folds of clothing and fabric better! The hand holding the violin is nicely done, and the angle gives it a nice touch overall, but the other hand seems to be letting go of the bow of the violin, which I'm not sure if its your original intention. The crotch seems to be slightly disfigured due to the shading, which I assume isn't your intention, most of the time, the crotch isn't an exact V-shape when wearing pants, looking at actual references in real life or on Pinterest can really help you on this! Furthermore, his wings look really nice with the faint yellow hue on them, however, the way you've shaded it makes it looks like huge feathers clumped together, which isn't how wings work! Wings usually include feathers of different sizes in a more organized fashion! Looking at other artist's artworks and drawings could really help you to improve in a lot of ways!

In short, I believe that you have really good composition and choice of colours! However, some parts of shading and anatomy looks rather off, which you can easily fix by looking at more references and tutorials!
