Description
This is Hanako. I guess a lot of people know her story; the girl who hides in the closet (the third from left) and if knock three times on the door and call her name, she answers 'Hai', then if you open you are going to asked to play with her. You have three choices: to play hide-and-seek (you hide from her, she finds you, and kills you), ti play onigokko (tig, which means that she's going to follow you, wherever you go, and kills you), or she simply pulls you into the toilet and you die. Whatever you choose, you'll be dead.

I wrote a short story about Akai manto aoi manto (another japanese urban legend), and in that story Hanako also appears, before her death, as a young girl who just wants to make friends and play with somebody, but she is killed by her classmates after being bullied for years. Thats why I drew a normal girl, not a phantom, or demon, or whatever she is said to be now.
