The face was referenced from thisΒ gif , and I got my friend Jerry to do the hand pose for me!Β and information on materials used is in my tags!
Materials:
Speedball calligraphy ink
Brush round size 4
Copic opaque white (for white out)

May I ask how you create the different shades of grey? Do you use a seperate vessel to mix water and ink?
I tried to look out for it in one of your videos, but your ink source is always off screen

I just mix water and ink to get the different shades of grey I want
and sometimes I use a seperate like plate or pallete
or just mix it straight in the rim of the water cup that i keep for washing my brushΒ

And haha the risk is one of my favorite parts of traditional! I like how it's such a just do it and don't over think it kinda thing

Your art style is amazing! How well do you draw females, and how much do your commissions usually go for? I know of a group working on a RWBY Fan Spinoff, and they need an artist for the final characters pictures and main poster. I dunno how much they'd be willing to pay though, so that may be out of the question for a commission.

and I think I can handle females well, my commissions are around $80 for something like this ( it's drawn on bigger paper than my normal paper) or if I drew something smaller like on my normal paper it would be around $50.
