Description
Since their devastating defeat in their attempt to destroy the Founders, the Tal Shiar have become more aggressive in their operations. This only increased when a member of Section 31 was able to easily infiltrate Romulas.
Now that the Dominion War was over, the Tal Shiar was working to gain an edge for the Romulan Star Empire over their war-time allies; the United Federation of Planets and Klingon Empire. The Teancum was tasked to search and destroy Tal Shiar vessels attacking Federation interests.
