I actually thought of something like this when I was a kid and had first seen DBZ. My cousin said he's a guy and I was like no way listen to the voice! and look it even has lipstick on. Until now I never remembered that. XD

He was voiced by a man. I found it when i noticed that he have same voice as HIM from PowerPuff Girls Z.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but... no? Frieza was voiced by a man in Japanese (Ryusei Nakao), but his English voice was originally Pauline Newstone (a woman), and then for 10 years he was played by Linda Young (also a woman). He's only been voiced by a man in English (Chris Ayres) in Dragon Ball Kai. Linda Young was also the voice of Genkai in Yu Yu Hakusho; the vocal quality between the two roles is quite similar. On the other hand, HIM is voiced by Tom Kane (who also plays the Professor in PPG!); Kane has been doing voice acting in Western (non-anime) animation for many years, but has never voiced anyone in a Japanese production. There's really no connection between these two characters...?

In japanese anime PPGZ, he's voiced by the same man as Frieza. in JAPANESE version.
