Thank you! The light was so hot and white, I had trouble even getting a blue sky...

Did you get a blue sky with the hardware alone (filters, ISO, etc), or did you make some corrections later?

Minor corrections using levels, mostly. I use a polarizing filter to protect my lens, nothing else special. Beyond that, mostly lucky shot... Someday I'll learn how to really operate a camera. LOL.

Great a job. Sometimes the best pictures are totally spur of the moment.

I'm bad at using my camera to its maximum potential as well.
