This is really a cool pic I think the only reflections that might be irritating is the ones on the side. Did you shoot with a polarizing filter?

I didn't use polar, I know it's very useful
the reflections on the side was even bigger but I made them a bit darker
All the reflections on this photo sucks but I like this shot so I share it

Well you could...it just might take a lot of time and not look entirely natural.
I actually like the ones on the hood the way they are. And the ones on the windshield is only distracting a small bit.
