You're welcome! Back then I didn't know that one of the people I was looking at in this pic was the real Anastasia. But back then I wasn't interested in royalty unless it was like Disney Princesses. A few years ago I wanted to watch the animated movie "Anastasia" and my dad was shocked because I never wanted to watch it before so he got me the movie and I got obsessed with it and then I found out that Anastasia and most other people in the movie were or were based on real people and me and my dad were shocked. And then i was looking up Anastasia fanart on here and then I saw some of the colorings our friends do and I started coloring old photos of the Romanovs and later on Anne Frank. At first I started out with the color blend mode so the colors looked "cartoony" until I started using soft light and that worked but the skin would look too pale and the lips too dark so I gradually learned to mess with the contrast on the photo and choose more realistic looking skin, background, clothing, and hair colors and add an overpaint or two and even smudge the skin, clothes, and hair, too.
