Seriously needs a more original title
Anyhoo, here it is. I actually did the lineart for this months ago, but now I finally have some time on my hands, I I thought I'd finish it now.
You may recognise the Jewelled Scepter from the Sonic Rush Adventure game, its probably a bit different than the one in the game, but I didn't have much reference material for it.

oh bums, perspective-wise it's hanging down out of sight (because sticking up would rather ruin the effect)
