He can't tie his tie. That's the only reason he's cranky. Well, maybe that and the fact that he's dressed up in the first place. And maybe also because Shego is taking forever in the bathroom for whatever reason . . . what is she doing in there? They're going to be late and he needs her to tie his tie . . .Again, I just wanted to draw Drakken fancy. You can infer what you want from the pair of pictures and my ramblings.
