Hehehe, no but pretty close! She is from the world of Temperature, a group created by *Huispe which you can find here.
Basically, as far as I understand, the world is made up of humans who are born with special temperature-based powers, half of the world being cold-related powers and half heat-related powers. And Puikko is like, a normal human but she has ice abilities so she builds ice armor over herself.
