Sorry this took so long to put together but here's my second OC.

Hubble, more commonly known as "Hubbie" is a young resourceful, noble and highly intelligent monkey who spends the majority of his career in his orbital satellite. There, he can monitor the surface or low orbit of the planet for any sign of enemy activity, so that he can report his findings to his allies, allowing them to anticipate the enemy's move and counter with a pre-emptive strike. He also monitors the great expanse of deep space, observing constellations and nebulae and is all the while, on the lookout for UFOs or any other abnormalities in space. Simply put, he's the 'eye in the sky' for the good guys.

Because he's a monkey, he has hand-like feet with remarkably dexterous toes and he also has a long tail, which altogether, give him the ability to multitask with ease. This in turn gives him an inventive insight and allows him to operate with better performance than anyone who relies on just their hands. Being in space vastly improves this multitasking ability due to lack of gravity and he is completely aware of zero-g's long term effects. He exercises at least three times a day and actually enjoys it. However, he does not like having to wear shoes because he sees them as a limit to multitasking.

He sometimes finds life in his recon satellite to be pretty boring, so when he is free, he connects to numerous social networks, so that he can commune with his friends on the ground. Miles "Tails" Prower is his closest friend, even though they hardly ever meet in person and they both keep each other up to date on what they are doing periodically.
