I'm sorry, but I actually only make copyrighted characters as gifts for friends or as prizes for giveaways. I don't feel comfortable getting money for other people's creations without their permission.

You can probably find some tutorials on how to make pokemon plushies ( I know theres a good jolteon one on DA somewhere) and you could just change the colors so it could be shiny. And fleece is pretty cheap, so I'd recommend trying that out first if you're just getting started.

If you want me to make one of these for you you'll have to participate in one of the giveaways I do and win. I just chose the winners for one a couple of days ago, so it probably wont be for another couple of months before I hold another one. Sorry!
