This song has been stuck in my head all week.... ironically, though I first fell for him as Loki with the lovely long dark hair, I actually like him better with his natural light brown hair, or even almost ginger in Henry IV 1/2 and VBut I do love this song and while I didn't feel I could make a good music video to it, a wallpaper I thought would get the song out of my head. Probably hasn't worked but here's the wallpaper.

Oh my gosh! This is such a cool coincidence because I listened to the version of this song by Celtic Woman, and Tom/Loki was the first person that came to mind when the singer said, "Black is the color of my true love's hair"!!!! AWESOME, dude, AWESOME! 8D

ive got celtic thunder--sung by a man, pronoun in the feminine, cara dillon--pronoun left in the feminine despite being sung by a woman, and the Corrs, pronoun in the masculine and sung by a woman. Haven't actually heard the celtic woman's version.

Corrs' is still my favorite. It's good, though they still have the feminine pronoun.
And the book I have it in has it as she/he, so there's no reason they couldn't change the pronoun to fit the singer.
