Description This song has been stuck in my head all week.... ironically, though I first fell for him as Loki with the lovely long dark hair, I actually like him better with his natural light brown hair, or even almost ginger in Henry IV 1/2 and V

But I do love this song and while I didn't feel I could make a good music video to it, a wallpaper I thought would get the song out of my head. Probably hasn't worked but here's the wallpaper.

The lyrics are from the Corrs version
Background was found on google, credit goes where it's due but I don't know where that is.
Tom's images from google too.

Oh my gosh! This is such a cool coincidence because I listened to the version of this song by Celtic Woman, and Tom/Loki was the first person that came to mind when the singer said, "Black is the color of my true love's hair"!!!! AWESOME, dude, AWESOME! 8D

Unfortunately the song was still stuck in my head for a week after I made that. Making it didn't get it out----great song though. The Corrs' is my favorite version.

Haha, "Jukebox Sabotage" as my mom would call it! Haven't heard that version of the song, just Celtic Woman's. I'll have to try it!

ive got celtic thunder--sung by a man, pronoun in the feminine, cara dillon--pronoun left in the feminine despite being sung by a woman, and the Corrs, pronoun in the masculine and sung by a woman. Haven't actually heard the celtic woman's version.
It's a great celtic folk song

I've heard a few of those, but the Celtic Woman's version is still my favorite. Here's a link to it if you're interested: [link]
(I recommend listening without watching, because, I don't know about you, but I always feel awkward just watching someone sing when they're just standing there, not dancing or anything)

Corrs' is still my favorite. It's good, though they still have the feminine pronoun.

And the book I have it in has it as she/he, so there's no reason they couldn't change the pronoun to fit the singer.

kinda reminds me of one of Shakespeare's sonnets. it starts "my mistress eyes are nothing like the sun/ Coral is far more red than her lips red..." look it up and compare

wouldn't surprise me if the celtic song started as a shakespeare sonnet

You should see him with his gorgeous blond curls in the UK version of Wallander! But I do love his straight black hair as well. ^_^

I KNOW! Magnus is so amazing and stunning, and all we get most of the time is Kurt Wallander, Esq, who looks like someone dug him out of his grave yesterday. *grumbles*
