Captained by Natsilané, and probably the main focus point of the first sequel to MIRAGE, the book I've been working on for a couple years. (Will eventually be updated with a "cleaned up" version unless anyone wants to take a crack at it...

Exerpt from MIRAGE:

"....the hull of a massive ship sat on blocks like a dry-dock, and ran almost the whole length of the chamber. While unfinished, it was obvious that it resembled a cross between a Spanish Galleon and an Ancient Greek Galley, the wooden hull plated in key areas by a silvery kind of metallic armor, including the leading edge of the ‘nose’ lined like the giant blade of a Scythe.

....Natsilané threw his massive tattooed arm across my shoulders and turned me to face the hull of what was once the Argo. “In the millennial war, I was entrusted with this Ship’s command. Part of that entrustment was choosing men and women to serve upon her by my side. That ship fought more battles in a thousand years than you can fathom. Together we fought against the Caleuche, crewed by the dead, and commanded by the sisters Pincoya and Sirena Chilota, and their brother Pincoy, and sailed away victorious. We even survived Daeva and his siege of Annwyn, breaking through his lines and bringing the Glass Tower of Caer-Siddi back into Hemlan control. From the isles of Thule and Hawaiki, to even Avalon and the three Islands known as the Devil’s Triangle, no ship knows the waters of Teramuthos better than she, and no man knows better than I, the look of a noble warrior in a man’s eyes. Being able to see in the eyes and hearts of men and women, the nobility, strength and courage that they themselves did not see, was what caused my many victories against the fleets of Daeva and Khokan. That same strength of heart I see in your eyes, young Kellen.”
